Shipping Options

At Stoll Furniture Company, we provide several convenient ways to receive your handcrafted furniture:

Free In-Store Pickup:
Pick up your order directly from our store at no cost.

Local White-Glove Delivery:
If you’re within our local delivery area, our two-person team will carefully deliver and set your furniture in place.

Nationwide Curbside Delivery – $199 Flat Rate:
For customers outside our local area, we offer curbside delivery. Our driver will unload your furniture to your curb or driveway, ready for you to bring inside.

Nationwide In-Home White-Glove Delivery – $399 Flat Rate:
For customers beyond our local delivery zone, this premium option includes full in-home placement and removal of packaging materials. Please have the space cleared and ready for your new furniture’s arrival. Our team does not remove existing furniture.

Long-distance deliveries may require an additional 2–4 weeks for transit and coordination.

Please ensure your location is accessible by semi-truck, free of snow or other obstacles, and that your order can fit through entryways or stairwells. Deliveries requiring storage, rescheduling, or transfer may incur additional fees. We are unable to deliver via ferry; customers will need to handle ferry arrangements and related costs.

Apartment or Condo Deliveries:
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or proof of Worker’s Compensation, please contact us prior to delivery. A $100 processing fee applies for each required document. You’ll need to provide a sample COI so we can prepare the appropriate paperwork.

Furniture Inspection

All furniture is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our workshop. Our trusted delivery partners take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and report any damage before the delivery team leaves.
Stoll Furniture Company is not responsible for damage to your property unrelated to the furniture being delivered.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom items, stains, mattresses, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you have not received a refund after this period, please contact us at sales@stollfurnitureco.com.

Payment & Financing

We understand that investing in handcrafted, heirloom-quality furniture is a meaningful decision. Stoll Furniture Company offers the flexibility to begin your custom order with a 30% deposit of the total order value. The remaining balance is due once your furniture is completed and ready to leave production.
If your order was placed with a card on file, the remaining balance may be automatically charged when your furniture is finished.

To place an order using the 30% deposit option, call us at (812) 883-7010 or simply checkout online and select “30% Deposit” under Purchase Options when adding your item to cart.
Please note: Certain in-stock or quick-ship items (typically shipping within 8 weeks) may not qualify for our deposit program.

Build Times

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly into production with our network of Amish craftsmen and women. Each piece is made to order, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Estimated build times are posted on individual product pages and serve as general guidelines — not guarantees.
Because every item is handcrafted and undergoes multiple stages of inspection, occasional delays may occur. Build time extensions, including those caused by holidays when our craftsmen take family time, do not permit order cancellation.

Order Changes

You may request design or specification changes within 48 hours of placing your order without penalty.
Changes requested after 48 hours are subject to a $100 change fee, along with any applicable stoppage or part replacement costs for materials, hardware, or components already in progress.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 48 hours, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If approved, cancellations after that period are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Furniture Inspection

Every piece is carefully blanket-wrapped for transport. Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture before signing for it. Any visible damage must be noted immediately on the delivery receipt so that we can assist you promptly.

Handcrafted Furniture

All Stoll Furniture pieces are individually handcrafted — no two are exactly alike. Natural wood variations, grain patterns, and minor color differences are part of what make each piece unique.
We offer finish and stain samples to help you preview colors in your home; however, final results may vary slightly from samples. For product or finish questions, visit our FAQ Page or contact us directly.

Return Requests

Because our furniture is made to order, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Certain items — including custom stains, special finishes, mattresses, and gift cards — are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.

Product Protection

Protect your investment with our Stoll Furniture Protection Plan, offered in partnership with Guardsman. This program covers accidental damage and everyday mishaps, giving you peace of mind for years to come.

Warranty

All Stoll Furniture products include a one-year warranty covering defects in craftsmanship or materials.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or wood movement caused by environmental humidity changes.
